There were plenty of rowers at Hollingworth Lake today. Not all of them were obviously enjoying the experience but their co-ordination was impressive.

I was tempted to go for an ornithological blip if only to be able to feature these. Another option would have involved amicable sharing of pontoon space between cormorants and a lapwing (at least I think it was a lapwing.)
