jetting off

There was a lot of activity in the sky over the Lakes this morning and the path around Tarn Hows was busy too. We walked up to Tom Heights  ....... sometimes you don't have to go far to escape the crowds. 

Views of the fells were hazy but we did watch a Red Kite above us for a while. I'm not too good on bird identification but that's what my husband said and he had the binoculars.
