Green shoots

What a glorious day! Blue skies, mild, a perfect Spring day.

We went for a walk round the park at around 5.30, after most of the crowds had gone. Bella was super excited, bouncing around like a Spring lamb. 

Daffodils are starting to flower, and trees are starting to bud. These hawthorns seem to be leading the way, though the chestnut trees are not far behind.
