The rain in Spain ...

... Lasted all weekend! It didn't stop us having a really good time though. Lots of driving on great roads through fabulous scenery, some gorgeous food and a hotel with lush gardens that looked beautiful with wet paths and glisteningly damp vegetation - what's not to like?

Well, we would have liked some sunshine, but you can't have everything. It was very enjoyable, even if the weather was much better back home. We flew back from flooded Malaga airport this afternoon and landed in the UK in bright sunshine. Hey ho.
