Heart healthy lunch boxes!
On a Sunday I have my porridge and then make the lunchtime salads for the week ahead while I listen to The Sunday Hour. Lots of goodies in here - avocado, olives, salmon with pesto and chicken (not in the same salad!) Nice to have them all done before we go swimming and I don't have to do them when I come home from work! A very lazy afternoon watching the first four episodes of the second series of Broadchurch, but I did swim 100 lengths so I think that's OK.
