Pleased to have managed a gentle gym and swim this morning with little pain, so hopefully I can get out running again this week.

Home to build a big marble run with J as promised, then it was party time for C and her friends so after dropping them off I had a canal side stroll in the lovely sunshine then back home for a Sunday roast.
