Medicinal Compound

I wasn't sure if this would be good or bad for me... but what the hell... 

Woke up this morning with a sniffly nose, but my neck was feeling much better... 

Went to work and everything went fine until lunchtime... when returning from the shop I fell up the stairs... missed my footing, bashed my leg, my knee and my foot before ploughing headfirst into the concrete step in front of me, causing a graze on my forehead and my neck to compress with a noisy crunch... 

recovery has been put back a little...  I'm hoping wine will help... eclipse is clearly an omen of gloom...
