Yet another weekend of inspection preparation. This will be the seventh time that the dreaded inspectors have been to visit since November 2012. Add to that two departmental reviews and an LEA visit, it brings to a grand total of 10 in two and a half years.

It really is no wonder that I really am struggling to go through the whole bells and whistles lesson preparation again. I'm not entirely sure how we are supposed to have enough time and energy to do the things we really need to do to get out of special measures if we have to put it all on hold to plan for 'the show' every couple of months.
