Running on empty

As you maybe aware Yesterday I was looking after the little ones and they have well and truly worn me out. Oh, I admit I have also done three and a half hours none stop on the mountain bike too which may have added to the tiredness. It started of so cold and grey this morning but by lunchtime the sun was shining bright and out of the wind it felt like a fine spring day.

Not particularly looking forward to work tomorrow as it's monday but at least I'll be able to rest my legs.
