Salt River

I saw this when getting the photo of the Duppa House the day before. I missed the turn and ended up driving over this bridge.

It's not much of a river. This is a desert, remember. There's some water in there. The trees should give that way. But it's dammed a few miles upstream. I'm sure it flows when it rains, but I like being inside when it rains.

Funny story: The signs nearby say it's the Rio Salado. I thought, "I wonder when the Rio Salado merges with the Salt River." Then I remembered Spanish. Hurr!
