Up early with Juno for a walk up the hill with the crowd. A smaller group than normal.

Work was access to heights.

Ran to coaching. I was taking the 13s as coach away. Good session with the girls. Over to the 17s and as a coach i did not perform, apologised to the girls.

Home and quiet night.
