In need of a little TLC.....

It took some time to get the decorating tools ready and the boot loaded for the trip to Cambridge this morning!  All very gratefully received when we arrived.

After a stop at the tea and coffee station blipped yesterday, it was all hands on deck. D carved out and fitted a new Yale lock to the front door, I sugar soaped two complete rooms, Joff treated and painted the skirting in the bathroom, Andrea sanded down and painted an "in the meantime and because it's the only mirror we have"  bathroom wall unit...and then cooked a delicious Thai dinner, which we ate round the tea and coffee station table. 

And the sun shone and showed the house to be very bright, open and welcoming. Delighted for them!

It may take a while to get round to decorating the Wendy House at the bottom of the garden.
