Wildflower

It was an absolutely gorgeous day!  Sunshine and warm temperatures - Spring in the South.

Flowers have exploded over the last three days.  Our lawn is full of tiny white wildflowers that will disappear once the grass starts growing in earnest.  The trees have tiny little green flowers sprouting on their branches.  And several different varieties of my daffodils have opened.

These wildflowers carpet the forest floor all summer.  Today there were two on the trail in the woods behind the house.  Beautiful spring.
