Strudel before it's strudel

This weekend I made a real Austrian apple strudel. I was a bit rusty (and so is my photography) but it was delicious! Look how gorgeous it looks even with just its ingredients before it's rolled up. That thin pastry is hand pulled, not phyllo! It was delicious even though I was so excited to make it that I forgot the walnuts...
