I'm sick :-(

I guess it was bound to happen.  Everyone around me was sick with something or other.  I haven't been sick with a bad cold in a long time.  It is amazing how it ages you.  I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and thought I looked about 100.
Part of the reason for that is the lack of sleep.  Who can sleep with your nose being alternately blocked then runny.  Then you're coughing and tossing and turning.  The next thing you know, the sun is up. 

It was a day of sipping tea and taking it easy.  Pretty boring but it was all I could manage.
