This is the sort of thing which could be annoying if I weren't capable of hoicking the buggy up and down steps. I don't think I passed any signs saying that the direction I was taking would end up being unsuitable for wheels, unless the large boggy patches where excavators had churned up the earth are classed as official signs. Perhaps, as the entire area is only accessible through a tiny non-DDA-compliant gate, anything not suitable for the terrain is excluded early on.
