Carrier bags on choppy seas

A very windy day over Portobello Bay (as I have named it) with the seagulls grounded and all but the carrier bags flying (the white thing in the foreground).
The carrier bags now have nothing to do as they have been kicked out of the supermarkets (well almost) as they flash their green credentials,now to be seen hanging round the streets at night trying to pick up an occasional loaf of bread looking jealously as the reinforced bags are smugly carried towards the boots of cars parked nearby.
