Give it to me!

Today was sunday and I was feeling pretty ill so I decided to go to the hospital to see if there was anything urgent. However, after I noticed they call one patient once every 30 minutes and there were around 20, I gave up before seeing a doctor. Outside while I was waiting for the tram I saw the trash bin with the funny caption. The city administration puts funny things on the bins everywhere in the city which I find quite cool. So here it is!
