International Day

The majority of pupils at my school can trace their heritage to many different parts of the world.
Today instead of the usual timetable we had our own International Day and each year group celebrated a different country and its history.
When I passed Reception there were 90 children eating cucumber sandwiches and scones, dressed in red, white and blue to celebrate England.
This shot was taken in the staff room where these two classroom assistants were taking a break from being ancient Greeks!
