Life returns to a normal pattern, at least for this week.

Bodypump class at the gym in the morning. Work the rest of the day.

The bodypump instructor - my buddy Nagina - seems to have packed it in, so we got an over-enthusiastic young gym instructor who was not taking any prisoners. 

Hope to have lunch or coffee with Nagina next week and get the lowdown.

The ship is the Hertfordshire. A coaster waiting for high tide to dock at Kirkcaldy harbour and unload her cargo of grain at the flour mill. Gibraltar registered. Arrived from Gravesend, which is in Kent if my schoolboy geography is still working.
