Euston war memorial
A meeting in London today but only enough time to take a few quick pictures including this one of the war memorial outside Euston station.
The memorial remembers 3,719 employees of the London and North Western Railway who died in the Great War and bears figures from the Navy, Infantry, Artillery and Flying Corps. The bronze statues at the fours corners were designed by Wynn Owen and weigh over one tonne each. It was unveiled in 1921.
