Painting

A day off work to catch up on a bit more DIY.  It was wet this morning so I did some inside jobs but later on it dried up and the sun came out so I carried on where I left off yesterday staining the new trellis.  

This evening I rode round to see More running needed so that he could work his magic on my calf muscle, it has been a month now since I last ran comfortably and I am a bit fed up with it.  Brian can hit the spot with his thumbs and he certainly found the problem so I am looking forward to seeing some improvement.
