Hunting Peacocks

A friend and I were going out to Longboat Key to Harry's Continental Kitchen and we were early for our reservation, so we decided to drive down Broadway and look for Peacocks. Well, we found one. He wouldn't show us his tail feathers-but his beautiful blue body was prize enough. The foliage this time of year is especially nice as we have had a rather mild winter. He was certainly the prize view of the day, though I had several other closely vied for first place photos in the wings.
