Hunting for fish

Today I was ready for anything you could say, with a nice pair of gloves and a fully charged camera with it's storage finally fixed, nothing could get in my way.  It was a beautiful day full of more opportunities and promise then I had hoped for. When I went down to take pictures of the ducks, they were way father out then they usually are for some odd reason. I found out why when this bald eagle swooped down (not that far in front of me!) across the road and into a tree. The bird searched for fish while being chased by pestering ravens. I have never been so close  to an eagle before, glad I decided to go out today!
It was truly a gift to be there right place and right time and experience this.
