Home again - and visitors

Forgot to take a shot of the traffic peeling away as the ambulance raced us home on Friday, charging up the lane of traffic coming in the other direction as if it were a dire emergency. When we got home, the paramedics rightly rubbished my idea of having HH on the third floor, where there's air-conditioning, convenient bathroom etc etc and talked me into setting up camp in the sitting room on the ground floor. My knees thank them, but I was humping furniture etc around till midnight, and having been fine-tuning the arrangements every since. So no photos until today, when two lovely friends came round, bringing enough lunch to keep us well supplied for two or three days. They were joined later by another couple of our oldest friends and we had a most relaxing and enjoyable afternoon.

As you can see, HH, on the right, is in great shape -  have to keep reminding him that he needs to use the walking frame, and will no doubt have difficulty in keeping him away from the computer in the coming days.

Good to be home (but exhausting)!
