Blue on Blue

Heartache on heartache...  I'm not sure what these are called, and I'm being too lazy tonight to look them up.  They are found in landscapes all over this area, and for sort of weedy things, they are quite beautiful with their intense burgundy stems, deep green foliage, and blue-black and electric blue flowers that glow pinkish-purple backlit by the setting sun.
