Heading Down

This looks oh so boring, but to me it is very exciting! It represents that my body is healing! I have struggled with very high blood pressure for several years and have stubbornly refused to take any medication for it. I firmly believed that I could see it go down if I tackled the inflammation in my body that caused it to rise. I see it like a fever - not as a disease, but as a symptom. If I forced it down artificially using drugs, then I wouldn't have a useful measure of how my body was healing.

But finally I see a steady downhill trend, thanks to a very strict detoxification program called Nutrimost, that D and I are doing for 40 days. This was Day 27.
