Start the day with a kilted frog chai latte.

Well, when I say start, first there was a bump to the head for the middle boy and a ice pack was applied, then a swim for the eldest and his grandfather, then everyone to the school gate and to childminders for handover and then a visit to the doctor and finally a post RunGarioch race chat with some fellow runners before now, a chai latte.

I really should get to work now though.
