A quiet morning at the duck pond

I was up early this morning as Luke had to take his car his and Adam's car to the garage for a service and MOT, and he wanted me to follow him there so he could get a lift home again. On the way back I passed this duck pond which was unusually quiet, perhaps too early for little children to be out feeding the ducks.

Since then we have had sunshine and showers, typical spring weather.

Awful news about the Germanwings plane crash in the southern Alps, with all 144 passengers and 6 crew likely to be dead. I have a friend who no longer flies anywhere - she will be pleased with her decision after hearing this news.
