Under the Sea - final version

Here's my college creation using frill techniques - the frills became waves and the rest just followed :o) I've really enjoyed doing it and it's my first attempt totally without any input and I'm secretly quite pleased with it. My tutor wants to take it to display at the Cake International Show at the Excel centre in London this weekend!
