Bye bye Rapids

I love Grand Rapids. I'd move here tomorrow if it were possible. Went for a quick 5 miler along the banks of the River Rapids (no idea what it's actually called..) before catching a flight back to Chicago and then onto Toronto.

It was -4 as I ran but with the sun out it was beautiful and for once stopped pedalling my legs and took a quick snap of my hotel across the river where loads of fisherman were catching er fish.

Love the States...
