I didn't go into work today after all, but I did phone them and spoke to the Manager who was actually quite sympathetic about a 'phased return to work' which is useful to know...

I will see what the Dr says in the next couple of day and then go from there.

Other than that, a plain day being rather lazy after the heart thumping waking I got at 4am this morning due to a loud noise outside...neighbours honestly!

Just off to my lifecoaching appointment, so I'll catch up later :)
