Fried Egg 'I'm in Love'

I'm going to run with Breakfast Tuesday for a bit, since we usually both have off and after a morning walk like to find new places for breakfast. A first time but not last time visit is the Fried Egg I'm In Love food cart.
Portland's legacy, among other things, will be the grandfather of food carts & food pods. Generally semi-permanent that number from 1-2 or a few dozen, from just established or been there for as long as I remember status.
I had the Sriracha Mix-A-Lot and L had the Yolko Ono, which coordinates with the youngsters in front, who just happened to be there playing video games with their parents iPhones.
I could not include the actual item but there was an Airstream Trailer converted to Hairstream Trailer. Yes, trailers of all ages, shapes and sizes can get into the application soirée.
