Heart of a Hellebore

A day of sunshine and shadow. In the sunshiney bits, we were trying to make cyanotypes, catching the UV rays on the college window ledges. In the shadowy part of the day, I was cycling back in a hailstorm and the road turned white. When I got home, I went upstairs to change out of my wet clothes and forgot what I had gone up there to do, started photographing hellebores instead. Haha. They're fascinating flowers.
