Blea Tarn

My last Blip of Blea Tarn was taken under slightly different weather conditions, and today is the first time I have ventured there since the snows - how quickly a year flies past! Almost in June already.

On arriving at Blea Tarn this morning we were lucky to get ideal weather conditions - a few white fluffy clouds were peppering the sky, and in line with the weather forecast, winds were about 4mph southerly, which ensured the foreground water was sheltered by the bank behind us, and gave us pretty good reflections.

Had a great day there, finishing off (as it's Keswick beer festival week) with a quick half of Old Peculier in the Old Dungeon Gill hotel before coming home to download the days images.
