Angry knee

I hit my own knee whilst playing racket ball last Friday. It had the same affect as hitting your funny bone, i.e. hurt like hell and took a couple of minutes before I could resume the game. 5 days later and it still hurts, mostly whilst sitting down which is rather inconvenient given that I do rather a lot of that. 

Playing racket ball again tonight. kill or cure. Most likely the former.

Very nice dinner with Mick and Coral last night. Diana made mushrooms in a sauce made from Roule cheese and creme fraiche. Coral thought it was a soup. It was served in ramekins. How stingy does she think we are?
