Fraser island

Today we took a trip out to Fraser island. This is the largest sand island in the world, 22km wide and over 120km long.
Quite an amazing place with never ending beaches, inland lakes and rain forests. And everything grows on sand,
We travelled in a large bus/4x4. The 4x4 are able to negotiate the island on the beaches and through the inland tracks. Quite an experience to be racing along the beach with the sea along side.
A brilliant tour guide who drove, gave a running commentary and cooked lunch.
Bit spoilt for choice today, but view is of lake Mckenzie, one of the lakes.
And we saw a dingo!
