Tree-hugging in Northland

For those who don't know these things, Northland is the most northerly department/region (whatever) of New Zealand, it's main town being Whangarei. This blip shows me hugging a Kauri tree, as you do, Kauri being ideally suited to Northland's particular micro-climate.

This tree is adjacent to a small rural museum on the way up to the Bay of Islands.
