One of those days!

Very little achieved today thanks to IT issues... the green tint signifies the 'Incredible Hulk' anger I felt towards the computer for most of the day. 

I managed to stop myself from smashing the laptop to smithereens with the axe... and late in the day I was able to uninstall a few programs - hopefully tomorrow will be more productive!
