Golden Eagle2

Meet Goldie, the Golden Eagle. I have blipped him before but this time I decided to let you have him in black and white. A magnificent bird and nice to get up close and personal with.

Last nights talk about slides at the camera club went extremely well although for a while things looked grim. When I took the projector out of its box I discovered that the carriage mechanism was broken. A bit of insulation tape held it together long enough to carry me through. Lesson: never lend photo gear to anyone. The person who borrowed it from me a while ago was very quiet when handing it back. Now I know why. Spent a while this morning applying Araldite and all appears to be shipshape now.
