It's spring!
Well, it was at 8am on the beach. 
Everyone very larky at the expanse of sand revealed by the low tide. Puppyish leaps (dogs & JM & I).
Rolling on backs (dogs).
Olympic long jumps across gullies, puddles etc (JM and I).
Jumpyupanddowny, if only in spirit (all creatures present).
