Litter!

I went off to Pilates this morning as usual - only two of us there, so we used the reformers and the glutes got a good workout...ouch!
Roy went on his run, and was so depressed by all the litter on the verges that he went back out this afternoon with the car, and cleared some of it up. The contents of the boot here is what he picked up on one short stretch up the hill... guess there's more to go during the rest of the week! I can understand paper blowing about, but the cans must have been chucked out of car windows... unforgivable.
