Spanish Influence

So, I am reading this book on the demographics and effects of aging, A Streak of Grey, and one of the cultures and countries examined was Spain. And what have I taken away from it so far? An intense craving for the food they described. So... Lunch at my desk today, while the rest of the team went out for burgers and fries, was fresh bread with a wonderful roasted garlic dipping oil, chorizo sausage, and a feta cheese and olive salad, followed by fresh fruit. Pretty sure I was the winner in this deal! Wonder if I can convince my boss of the benefits of an afternoon siesta?!
