Surprise!

One of the joys of working in an inner city school is that there is always something new to see.
Today as I walked along the corridor I met our cook who had come in early to make this splendid arrangement.
It was for a colleague whose daughter is getting married on Saturday.
Tonight is her future son in law's mendi party .
She wanted to give him a gift so had arranged for this lovely centre piece to be made.
How thoughtful is that?
