Fill it up

The road bridge over the underpass near school has been out of use for some time now, since they placed fences around where they are doing demolition and building work. They bricked it up the other day, on each side. They now appear to be pumping concrete in every day. It is going to take a lot of lorries I think.

You can just about see the damp line half way up - I think this is how 'full' it is.
