A super day

It was one of those days when choosing a blip was very difficult. I went out with Julie , with our cameras, and took a drive next to the Beauly Firth. Julie had nt been there before so it was lovely to be able to share such a wonderful place.
We stopped several times and took photos of the calm Firth with the snow covered mountains as a backdrop. There was a cow had two tiny calves , cyclists cycled past, ducks swam, buzzards hovered, bees buzzed and all was quiet except for the sound of the birds. It was such a warm day, well we felt warm enough, and we sat on the bench at Redcastle while  Beinn , the cocker spaniel, stretched his legs. We walked up to the castle ruins and this Shetland pony was munching a way in front of the farm.
We stopped and watched the tiny black lambs and then back to Munroe's Garden Centre for lunch to plan the adventures that Brownies will be doing next term.
So thank you Julie for a wonderful time and we must do it again soon !
