The full flavour

I'm cooking! Well, I'm not now I've cooked!

There were no smoke alarms, flashing lights or sirens.

There were a few choice words in the kitchen but absloutely nothing to do with my cooking.

Now I understand this may not look very appetising but beleive me it is lovely.




I got a jar of caramelised red onion marmalade in our hamper for xmas. It is beautiful. I




checked out the ingredients on the jar and decided 'I can make that'. So I have.

I am so looking forward to eating it but I have to wait about a month to get the fulll flavour.
