Painful Stairs

I am determined to loose some of my "North American weight" so jumped out of bed and off to the gym. I am still pretty sore from Sunday and trying to climb these stairs was deadly! My classes were good and after lunch and a chat with Hayden, I headed back in to uni to get my history assignment written! It's a thought this week and the afternoon was painful but I managed to reach the word count so I could relax for the evening
