My Mask and Me

This is Sophie with her finished mask.  Sophie is seven and looks happy with what she has achieved.  She used different techniques to apply the paper to the mask shape.  She explored making patterns.  Great job Sophie.  I hope she gets to take it home and talk about what she has made with her family.  Often the teachers keep the children's work and display it in the classroom.  We had the school Gala or Fair this afternoon/evening.  It is always fun to see the children  I have taught in previous years come back to the school.  As teenagers it is still possible to see the younger child.  My day off tomorrow Yahoo.
