Pee Wee
This is a male Australian mudlark, Grallina cyanoleuca, more generally known as a pee-wee. They are found all over the east coast of Australia and often mistaken by small children for magpies. Butcher birds are similarly misidentified. All three species are black and white.
This little fellow was in the school car park. I love being able to blip from the comfort of the driver's seat!
